Lucy: Born
February 1997,
been living with
the same family since a puppy.
Status: Family pet, too
grebby to be a show dog.
Loves: Children (all she
can eat), Stealing household items and guarding them.
Lives in
Malta so likes swimming, sun bathing, cave exploring and chasing
lizards. |

Lucy Update.
After returning from the groomers a lump about 3cm in size was
found in her stomach area, further examination found 15 much smaller
lumps (5mm in size) all over her underside and legs.
These lumps were not detected at the previous grooming session 3
months earlier..
We immediately took her to our vet and he confirmed these were
tumors (common in Spaniels). She had to undergo an operation to
remove them.
On the 22nd December 2007 she had the operation and now appears to
be OK.
